After the released of the official release dates for Downpour,HD and BOM,no EU release date was annouced.However Konami EU lists a release date for HD as the 16th of March but no dates for Downpour and BOM.

Silent Hill HD Collection delayed till March
It has not been officially annouced by Konami but Gamefly has a release date of March 6th,the same release date as Downpour.It is unknown why is being delayed but rumors are going around that it is because they are putting in the original SH3 voices.This looks like a really bad move on Konami's part as most people will be buying Downpour since it is the latest,anyways check out the story here:
